Customer Service was excellent! Accommodating and precise. Sizing involved a lot of guesswork and we knew from the photo of the model that we might need to make additional alterations at the shoulders and underarms. Once done each fit was satisfactory and we as a crew have received many compliments on our cool tribal tiki tanks! A glitch in delivery to DHL shipping by your team in China led to a delay only remedied by my customer complaint to your Customer Service personnel. Their immediate intervention and candid communication with me, took care of the problem and my good faith in your company was restored upon timely receipt of my package!

I was looking for a unique tire cover for my new Jeep & happened to find Polynesian Pride. As soon as I saw their vibrant & beautiful designs I knew I was going to order one I love the material that's used & the elastic around the back for easy & secure installation. It fits like a glove. The only think I would have changed about my order, was the 3" camera opening versus the 4" which was my fault. I can't wait to order the next design in the near future. If you're on the fence, I 100% would recommend ordering a tire cover from this company. A Happy Customer! ❤️

I love the blouses I’ve bought from your company & recommend them to my friends & family. The car seat covers I bought are beautiful, the only problem with them is they are impossible to put on. There is supposed to be 2 holes in the flap so they can be attached to the elastic straps to secure them to the seat & the ones I received do not have those holes. Please see attached photos. I would return them if I had the time & energy.

Could check the product before onsiding it, as it still has the overseas sticker on it, someone has stuck the NZ post sticker on top of it. I have asked to have it returned ( no address given yet) and would like a refund. Nobody has replied after I sent the same photos to them.
