Taxes, Duties, and Customs Fees

Please note that all international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and brokerage fees once the shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost at checkout.

Customs policies and fee structures vary widely from one country to another. By placing an international order, the recipient is designated as the importer of record and is solely responsible for strictly complying with all local laws and paying any applicable fees required by local customs authorities. We highly recommend contacting your local customs office for detailed information prior to placing an order.

Unpaid Customs Fees & Refused Packages

In the event that a package is refused by the recipient or returned to our facilities due to a failure or refusal to pay the required customs fees and taxes, the order will be subject to a 30% processing and restocking fee to cover return logistics and warehouse handling.

Additionally, the original shipping costs incurred to send the package are completely non-refundable. Any remaining balance after these deductions will be refunded to your original method of payment once the returned package is successfully received and inspected at our facility.
